What to Wear
There is no specific dress code. I suggest you wear something loose-fitting and comfortable and preferably made of natural fibres as opposed to man-made. You will slip your shoes off at the door so do feel free to bring a warm pair of socks or slippers, or go simply barefoot.

Meditation Seating
There is a variety of seating options available to suit every taste.

Private and semi-private instruction available. Please enquire for details.

Classes
Our meditation classes are for anyone who wishes to practice meditation in a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Class Types

BREATH
Everything we do and everything we are starts with our breathing. In this class we learn to focus on our breath, a meditation technique that allows you to be more calm and present in day-to-day life and grounds you in the here and now.

HEART
This class teaches loving kindness practices and helps you to connect with your own tender heart. Be guided step-by-step in opening your heart to the people you love, the people you dislike, and the myriad of people in your life you don't know.

MAMAS
For expecting and existent mums, in this class we learn the basics of meditation in order to cultivate the qualities of relaxation, patience, kindness and care.

INTENTION
Learn how to start and end your day with an intention specific to you. In this guided visualisation class we learn how to be our own instrument in positively changing our lives.

MANTRA
Contemplate a word or phrase making it a part of your being. Relax as you repeat a calming mantra, designed to release deeply held stress in your body and guide you to cultivate certain qualities in your life.

SLEEP
Allow yourself to unwind from your busy day with a guided meditation session meant to deeply relax and put you at ease.

Registration Form

Workbook
You will be given a workbook for at-home practice and note-taking

Enrolment Fee
The fee is £185 for 8 sessions of 1.5 hours each

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy: Bookings which are cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the course will be refunded minus a £25 booking fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks before the course starts cannot be refunded unless the slot is filled in which case the amount will be refunded minus the booking fee of £25.
