Our meditation classes are for anyone who wishes to practice meditation in a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Class Types

Everything we do and everything we are starts with our breathing. In this class we learn to focus on our breath, a meditation technique that allows you to be more calm and present in day-to-day life and grounds you in the here and now.

This class teaches loving kindness practices and helps you to connect with your own tender heart. Be guided step-by-step in opening your heart to the people you love, the people you dislike, and the myriad of people in your life you don't know.

For expecting and existent mums, in this class we learn the basics of meditation in order to cultivate the qualities of relaxation, patience, kindness and care.

Learn how to start and end your day with an intention specific to you. In this guided visualisation class we learn how to be our own instrument in positively changing our lives.

Contemplate a word or phrase making it a part of your being. Relax as you repeat a calming mantra, designed to release deeply held stress in your body and guide you to cultivate certain qualities in your life.

Allow yourself to unwind from your busy day with a guided meditation session meant to deeply relax and put you at ease.

New class dates will be listed in early September.

“I recently took the “Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness" course over eight weeks with Karina Wilson at SoulBreath in Wells. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wishes to bring calm into their lives. Karina is a thoughtful caring teacher and the SoulBreath centre is a beautiful tranquil place where one can truly relax. I felt supported throughout the Mindfulness journey by Karina herself and also all the notes she provides. Looking ahead there is a whole range of classes there that I would like to take."
